Response to Double Standards regarding Yemen attack

my understanding of this issue was that Rumsfeldt advised Israel not to engage in assassinations, as this would further inflame the situation, and lead to even more difficulties relating to the establishing negotiations with the palestinians. I don't think Al Qaeda were up for a round of bilateral talks, hence the different way of dealing with them.
