Report urges US military to 'colonise space'

The following is a link to a report issued by the 'Project for the New American Century' before Sept 11 urging the US to invade Iraq. The PDF file is rather chilling and well worth reading for information purposes. Among other things it discusses colonising space and cyberspace to create 'US space forces' and adding $15-20 billion to defense spending each year.
