What exactly is the scope of this site limited to?

As a new user to this resource I have not had a chance to check out all the information. However, I just wanted to know if this site is specifically Anti-War or if it is meant to be broad enough for Human Rights questions also? I know these two points are related, but they are not the same. For example can I speak about the situation in Argentina who are not involved in a war but have their own problems instead? Thanks.
