Response to how to bring blair & bertie to (icc)court

There are some plans to bring Bertie to the ICC or the European Court of Justice. I think this is related to the current case in the Irish Courts about the use of Shannon. This case is being taken by Ed Horgan, who is ex-Irish Army, and involved in one of the peace groups, I think the Peace and Neutrality Alliance.
