Criminals ?

At the Nuremberg trials in 1948 it was set that a war criminal is someone who carries out an act of aggresssion against International agreements. So Bush and Blair are war criminals. Article 3 of the Geneva Conventions set in 1949 (which Donald Rumsfeld quotes often)-made the humiliation of war prisoners unlawful. So the first US concentration camp at Guatanamo Bay is against the law too.
