Response to U.S. Foreign Policy

Sharon, I couldn't agree with you more. There's a lot of intelligence displayed on this site but most of it is descriptive criticism. There has been little or no discussion of what we can do to avert an almost certain catastrophe. I posted "Practical Ways to Oppose War" some time ago and it didn't receive even one reply. Ranting about Bush, Blair, Ahern may make us feel better but it won't change the world. This is a time of grave danger but it's also a time of great hope. As an editorial in The Nation (March 10) says, February 15 2003 may go down in history as the day that "global democracy was born." It is our task to ensure that that promise is fulfilled. So, everyone, what can we do to stop the imperial juggernaut taking us all over the precipice?
