Response to Iraqi National Congress

i suppose these things are never pretty but it must be some indication that out of 26 million iraqis the US decide to back ahmed 'i have no desire t lead' chalabi it certainly would appear that the INC convinced the pentagon that iraq would be a cakewalk with tens of thoudans of defections and that the cia felt otherwise >>>>>"exile groups supported by the I.N.C. have been conducting sabotage operations inside Iraq, targeting oil refineries and other installations...." so is the INC a terrorist group then?
