No Gerald, you can't duck the question and expect no-one will notice: WHAT DO YOU THINK WE SHOULD CALL YOU AND YOUR FELLOW CITIZENS? Examples for other countries are: "Brits", "Scots", "Mexicans", "Canadians". "Americans" doesn't cut it - not specific enough. Still Peace and love, despite the gratuitous bits in yours.
