The two Irish women from Galway, Treasa N Cheanabh in and her daughter Naisr n Elsafty, as well as Ms N Cheanabh in s Egyptian niece, have been refused entry into Egypt from Gaza. While the border between Egypt and the Gaza was open the three took the opportunity to travel to Gaza on behalf of the Galway Palestine Children s Fund in order to bring financial support to orphanages and hospitals that are in dire need due to the Israeli blockade. Now the three good Samaritans are being penalised by the Egyptian authorities for their act of charity.
