BDS PROTEST – EAMON GILMORE TO ATTEND ISRAELI FILM FESTIVAL OPENING TODAY IN FILMBASE

BDS PROTEST – EAMON GILMORE TO ATTEND ISRAELI FILM FESTIVAL OPENING TODAY IN FILMBASE, TEMPLE BAR.
JOIN THE PROTEST TODAY (THURSDAY) AT FILMBASE, CURVED STREET, TEMPLE BAR FROM 5.30PM. This is an IPSC organised event.

See Press release below from Israeli Embassy. Please bring banners, whistles, flags, drums etc. Lets make this a noisy colourful protest to highlight the continued subjugation of the Palestinian people by the Israeli state.

It is outrageous that the event is being attended by Foreign Affairs Minister Eamon Gilmore given his reticence on criticising the Israeli State over its recent attack on the MV Saorise and its Irish Passengers in international waters. We should let him know of our anger. Some of the passengers of the MV  Saoirse will be in attendance at the protest.

Please note the protest event will be followed by a Public Meeting with the MV Saoirse passengers at 8.00pm in Wynnes Hotel, Abbey Street.
