GDPR Principles

1. Data Collection/consent : Explicit consent from individuals (Data Subjects) when collecting their data. That consent must be very explicit and purpose of data collection must be part of it.
2. Right to be forgotten: Organisations (DATA CONTROLLERS & DATA PROCESSORS) must give the persons the option for right to be forgotten, in other words , the right to be completely deleted from paper based & digital systems
3. Secure and access controlled data store: People’s data is securely stored and not used for any other purpose other than the purpose for which consent is given
4. Capability for organisations to give the requesting persons all the data stored in the system.
5. All PII (Personally identifiable data) To be encrypted, (bank details name address, email etc)
6. 30 days response time for the types of  request mentioned
