2. ISRAELI APARTHEID WEEK 1-8 MARCH.
This is an annual international series of events (including rallies, lectures, performances, films, multimedia displays and protest actions) held in cities and campuses across the globe. Events in Ireland are being organised by the IPSC – see http://www.ipsc.ie/press-releases/israeli-apartheid-week-2014-event-guide-for-ireland

Randa Wahbe from Addameer, the Palestinian Prisoner Support and Human Rights Association will speak at meetings in Cork, Limerick, Galway on various days and in Wynn’s Hotel, Abbey Street, Dublin 1 at 7pm on Wednesday.

3. CRISIS IN UKRAINE
Complex, fast unfolding and worrying, the IAWM is critical of both the Russian and the EU/US interference in Ukraine and calls for a peaceful resolution of the crisis with the concerns and fears of both Ukrainian and Russian speakers being respected.

IAWM will issue a full statement in due course.
