PANA, the CPI and the People’s Movement are hosting a meeting of Iraklis Tsavdaridis. Executive Secretary of the World Peace Council, the largest anti-imperialist peace movement in the world on Thursday 24 March at 7.30pm in the Ireland Institute, 27 Pearse Street, Dublin 2.Since the USA, France, Britain and their allies have already broken the "no fly zone" in Libya by bombing purely land based resources such as buses and tanks, it is clear the states within the EU/US/NATO axis (with the exception of Germany) want to invade, conquer and occupy yet another country.
In these circumstances the meeting with Iraklis Tsavdaridis provides an alternative voice to their commitment to the never ending wars of the USA and its allies.
