Galway Alliance Against War is adopting the yankee doodle dandy "Tie a yellow ribbon" idea to call for the release of Margaretta and for freedom for Shannon airport from the clutches of the US warmongers. So on Eyre Sq at this event we will be tying yellow ribbons around the trees. Indeed, there is an extra message: we are calling for the US GIs to return home to their families instead of invading foreign countries and slaughtering the people there. PEACE NOT WAR!!!!!
